Who qualifies?
The program has 100 places for registered legal businesses applying through this Founding 100 campaign. A complete signed application reserves a place during review; submission is not approval. One place per legal business. Rejected applications and documented applicant withdrawals release their reservation.
LeaGen reviews business registration and jurisdiction, representative authority, public website, business address, eligible services, and a supported market. A complete business-partner agreement is required. Payment setup and an approved published referral offer are required before live referrals can operate. Pilot and waitlist market restrictions still apply.
What is a successful referral?
A legitimate, consent-based introduction recorded in LeaGen must lead to a positive customer payment supported by a payment record, paid invoice, or bank record, and an administrator-approved referral reward obligation under the referral’s locked offer terms. An inquiry, quote, unpaid invoice, or completed work without verified payment is not success.
Non-genuine transactions, self-referrals, duplicates, and referrals with unresolved disputes do not qualify. The first eligible obligation reserves the fee credit while it is reviewed; administrator approval marks it used. For recurring offers, the credit applies to one billing-period obligation—not the entire contract.
What does the fee credit cover?
Only LeaGen’s platform fee is credited. The member’s normal reward remains payable, as do payment-processing costs. Later obligations use the normal fees. Example: under a 10% deducted-fee offer, a $100 gross reward normally includes a $10 LeaGen fee and a $90 member reward. The founding credit makes the business obligation $90; the member still receives $90, before any applicable processing costs.
The credit is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. It is not automatically reissued after a refund or reversal; disputed or refunded activity requires administrator review. No additional program expiry is announced. Founding recognition remains separate from payment readiness and success; fraudulent or invalid participation can be reviewed and the badge revoked.
