Privacy Notice

Effective September 6, 2026

The LeaGen LLC operates the LeaGen referral, attribution, communications, commission, and partner platform. This notice explains what information we process, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may process account identifiers, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, authentication events, business and employment information, business-registration information, referral and prospect details, documented consent, offer versions, status history, communications metadata, commission and transaction records, payout or payment-account status, tax status, device and security logs, support requests, partner attribution, and preferences. Payment and identity providers collect sensitive banking, card, identity, and tax information directly; LeaGen generally receives status, identifiers, and limited verification results rather than raw credentials.

Sources

Information comes from you, referring members, participating businesses, approved channel partners, authorized administrators, service providers, security systems, and public or commercially available business-verification sources.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; process consent-based introductions; route, deduplicate, attribute, and track referrals; publish business offers; administer response commitments; calculate, collect, reconcile, and pay commissions and revenue shares; verify businesses and eligibility; communicate required actions; prevent abuse; secure and improve the platform; maintain audit evidence; resolve disputes; comply with law; and enforce agreements.

Disclosure

We disclose prospect information to the specifically identified business as needed for the authorized introduction. We may disclose information to service providers supporting authentication, hosting, communications, payments, analytics, security, professional advice, and customer support; to authorities when legally required; and in a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not permit participating businesses to use referral information for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local or session storage for authentication, security, preferences, session continuity, and essential platform operation. We may use limited analytics to understand performance and usage. Browser controls can restrict optional technologies, but disabling essential storage may prevent account features from working.

Retention

Account and operational records are retained while an account or relationship is active and as reasonably needed afterward. Referral, agreement, payment, dispute, security, and audit records may be retained for up to seven years after the later of the relevant transaction, final payment, dispute resolution, or relationship termination, unless a longer period is legally required. Unnecessary prospect details are deleted or de-identified when operational, security, dispute, and legal needs end.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including role-based access, encryption in transit, protected storage, signed provider events, logging, and review controls. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where approved providers operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures and processing. You may opt out of marketing while continuing to receive necessary operational and security messages. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, audit, or dispute purposes.

Children

LeaGen is a business referral platform not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users must be legally able to participate and must not submit a child’s information as a referral.

We will post material updates with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. Privacy requests and questions may be submitted through theleagen.com/contact.
