Clear fees
LeaGen earns when a qualifying referral creates value.
There is no charge merely to create a member account, browse published referral offers, or submit an eligible introduction. Participating businesses define and fund the reward shown in each published offer.
For referring members
The current standard split gives the member 90% of the advertised gross referral reward. LeaGen retains 10% of that reward as its platform service fee.
For participating businesses
The business funds the gross reward displayed in its locked offer when the stated eligibility and payment conditions are satisfied. No referral volume or sales outcome is guaranteed.
A simple example
If an offer provides a $500 gross referral reward, the member receives $450 and LeaGen retains $50. If an offer provides 5% of eligible revenue, the member receives 4.5% and LeaGen retains 0.5%.
Payment processing
Any applicable processor costs, taxes, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, or separately negotiated commercial terms are disclosed in the relevant agreement, offer, authorization, or statement before they affect an obligation.
Every offer is locked to the referral.
The applicable reward basis, exclusions, recurrence, duration, payment trigger, and fee treatment are shown before submission and preserved with the referral’s offer version.
