Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you make an introduction.

What is The LeaGen?

The LeaGen is a referral, lead, and commission management platform. It connects members who make trusted introductions with businesses that publish clear referral offers.

Is a referral guaranteed to earn a commission?

No. Eligibility depends on the locked offer terms, consent and duplicate review, the business’s acceptance, the documented outcome, collected eligible revenue when applicable, and required identity or payout verification.

Does The LeaGen sell prospect information?

No. Prospect details are used for the authorized referral workflow and are disclosed according to the referral’s recorded consent and status.

Who pays the referral reward?

The participating business funds the reward and applicable platform fee under its published offer. Provider processing costs and the exact split are disclosed in the relevant agreements and statements.

How do recurring commissions stop?

Fixed-term offers stop after their published duration. Other recurring rewards continue only for verified eligible billing periods while the underlying service and collected revenue continue. Businesses have documented controls to report cancellations, nonpayment, refunds, pauses, or completed contracts.

Can businesses change an offer after receiving a referral?

A business may publish a new version for future referrals, but the version attached to an existing referral is locked and cannot be silently changed.

Is the channel partner program multi-level marketing?

No. Partners may earn only from LeaGen platform fees generated by businesses they directly introduce. There are no downlines, recruitment payments, or partner-of-partner overrides.

Can a partner integrate another website or platform?

Every approved partner receives tracked links and a branded page. Qualified integrations may receive narrowly scoped API or webhook access after review; unrelated user or business data is never exposed.

What happens if there is a dispute?

The relevant referral, offer version, status history, messages, payment evidence, and audit events remain available for documented administrative review.

How do I report a problem?

Use the contact form and choose the appropriate support topic. Never include passwords, banking details, or government identification numbers.
