How The LeaGen works.
A practical guide to accounts, businesses, referrals, commissions, partner attribution, security, and administrative review.
1. Member accounts
Create a secure account, verify your email, complete payout onboarding when required, and manage your public leaderboard preferences from the dashboard.
2. Business enrollment
Submit the legal business, service area, response commitments, authorized signer, and agreement. An administrator reviews the application before offers can become public.
3. Referral offers
Approved businesses publish versioned offers defining eligible services, reward basis, rate or amount, recurrence, duration, exclusions, and response commitments.
4. Sending a referral
Choose an active business or invite a specific company, obtain the prospect’s permission, add useful context, and submit the introduction securely.
5. Tracking progress
Submitted and received referrals show completed, current, and upcoming stages. Status history and protected communication remain connected to the referral.
6. Commissions and payments
The locked offer version determines the calculation. Eligible outcomes are verified, reviewed, collected from the business, and paid through secure provider-hosted workflows.
7. Recurring rewards
Businesses confirm each eligible collected billing period. Fixed-term rewards stop after the published duration; lifetime terms continue only while the underlying eligible service and revenue continue.
8. Channel partners
Approved partners receive tracked campaign links and aggregate reporting. Compensation applies only to LeaGen fees generated by businesses they directly introduce.
Security model
Authentication, communications, payments, and public presentation are separated from the proprietary referral ledger. The LeaGen Core remains authoritative for attribution, offer versions, lifecycle history, commission calculations, and audit evidence.
